For the instructors students actually listen to

Your students already ask you what to study.
Now your answer saves them 50%.

Pass Lane is voice-first exam prep for Arizona's licensing students. Your class code hands them the lowest price it's ever sold at — 50% off — and sends you a small share each month they keep studying. It adds a code to the answer you'd give anyway — no new prep, no selling, nothing to run.

One app, your whole field

Not one narrow exam.
The whole license track.

Pass Lane covers the whole field in one subscription. For insurance, that's Health, Life, Property & Casualty, and Surplus Lines / E&S — all included, all kept current. Where other apps charge again for each new exam, here the next one is already in the plan.

Health Life Property & Casualty Surplus Lines / E&S + the next one, already included

Every line your students sit, in one place.

Health, Life, Property & Casualty, and Surplus Lines / E&S live in the same app, under the same subscription. Whichever exam a student is studying for, the question bank, the mock, and the weak-area drills for it are right there — nothing extra to buy.

The next license is included too.

Students rarely stop at one. When they move from Life to P&C, or add Surplus Lines later, that exam is already in the plan — no new purchase, no second app.

Professionally sourced, and kept current.

The material is referenced to the real licensing content and updated as the exams change, so what your students study matches what they'll actually face on test day. You're pointing them at something that stays accurate without you having to check it.

One recommendation covers every student.

One code fits whatever they're sitting — Life today, P&C next term, Surplus Lines down the road. You're never matching a different app to a different exam.

The same approach, beyond insurance.

This is how Pass Lane works in any field — not a dozen separate apps. In medical, one place carries the path from Certified Medical Assistant to LPN to RN, plus dental. If it's in the same field, it's already in there.

One subscription, the whole field — students pay once instead of test by test, and you only ever recommend one thing.

An estimate — your numbers, not ours

See what one class
adds up to over a year.

Every student who joins with your code keeps paying half price — and a small share comes back to you each month they stay. It adds up across the classes you teach. Move the slider to see.

With your code, your students pay $7.99/month instead of $15.99 — they keep half. Pass Lane sends you about $1.60 of its own share for each one, every month they study. The share is yours to keep, redirect to a student fund, or decline — the discount to students is the same either way. (Lifetime: they pay $29.99 instead of $59.99; your share is a flat $9.60, once.)

Your estimated monthly

$0 / mo avg

$0 in year one

An estimate, not a promise — and modest on purpose. It depends entirely on your students.

And if only five students ever use it? You'll have saved them $40 every month — and Pass Lane still sends you $6 for it. Either way, your students come out ahead — and either way, you're recognized for the introduction.

Your free access starts the day you claim your code. Your first share arrives about two months later, once the app stores settle up — so you can judge Pass Lane long before any of that matters.

Steady, automatic, handled for you

The introduction has value. Right now it pays for ads.
It should pay you instead.

When a student studies, the app stores and the people who built the questions all get paid. The person whose recommendation actually got them there usually doesn't. We'd rather some of it reached you. The share you earn never costs them a cent or changes what you'd recommend — the discount stands on its own. To be clear: there's no one to recruit and no downline. Your share only ever comes from your own students' subscriptions — never from signing up other instructors — and if your situation means you'd rather not take it, you can send it to a student fund instead, or skip it.

Day 0You share your code; a student joins at 50% off ~Day 30–45Apple and Google settle up with us ~Day 60It's paid to you — settled, with nothing to reconcile
Your students come first — and stay first.

Your code is the best deal we offer anyone — 50% off, every time, whether or not you keep your share. You're not marking anything up. The discount is theirs to keep no matter what you decide about your own.

It arrives on its own.

Calculated and sent by direct deposit each month — no invoicing, no logging in, nothing waiting on you. Payments start a couple of months after a student joins, which is just how the app stores settle up; once one is sent, it's yours, with nothing to reconcile.

We handle the rest.

The rate you see is the rate you keep — we cover any processing fees so nothing is shaved off — and any year-end tax form you need is prepared and sent to you, ready to hand to whoever does your taxes. Nothing to file on your own.

The disclosure is already made for you.

The note that you earn a small referral is built into your link and printed on the flyer, handled on our side. You never have to write it or raise it yourself — it's there before you say a word.

How it works

Three steps. Then it runs itself.

Claim your code

Tell us your name and we'll hand you your personal class code — your last name plus 50, plus free, full access to try Pass Lane yourself. Ready in minutes, with a flyer ready to hand out, and zero commitment attached to any of it.

Share it once

You're not teaching it, assigning it, or changing one thing about your course. Just mention it the way you'd mention any good resource: on a slide, in a syllabus note, at the end of class. Students enter it and instantly get 50% off.

And it pays you back

Every student who joins with your code sends you a monthly share, for as long as they study. You don't touch a thing.

One code, shared once. The rest is handled.

Why me?
Because your students believe you. We reached out to you specifically — instructors whose recommendations genuinely carry weight. We'd rather your students hear about Pass Lane from someone they trust than from an ad.
Can I try it before I recommend it?
Please do — we'd rather you did. The moment you claim your code, you get free, full access to everything in Pass Lane. Use it yourself, judge it on its merits, and put your name next to it only once you're glad to. Your students trust your word; we'd never ask you to spend that trust on something you haven't held in your own hands.
What do my students actually get?
Your lowest-anywhere price: 50% off. Monthly drops from $15.99 to $7.99. Lifetime access drops from $59.99 to $29.99. Your code is the only way to get that rate.
How does the money actually work?
Your code gets your students the lowest price, and Pass Lane shares 20% back with you each month they study — about $1.60 per student on the monthly plan, or a flat $9.60 once on a lifetime purchase. One code, one rate, nothing to buy into, no one to recruit, no downline, and everything administrative is handled for you. That's the entire mechanism.
Why does Pass Lane keep more than I do?
Because Pass Lane carries the whole cost and risk — building and running the voice engine, paying the app store its 15–30% cut, covering refunds, and funding your students' 50% discount out of our side, not yours. Your 20% is pure upside on a one-sentence recommendation, with nothing to build and nothing to maintain — and it's more than Apple or Google take for handling the payment. Your students get the full 50% off no matter what your share is, so the discount is never funded by shrinking your check.
Do I have to do anything to get paid?
No. Share your code once. After that it's automatic — we handle the tracking, the math, and the payment. Your share arrives each month.
How does the money part show up to students?
It's handled for you. What students see is the part that matters to them — that you got them 50% off. A short, friendly note that you earn a small referral is built right into your link and printed on the flyer, already there before you say a word. You never have to bring it up; it's already disclosed for you. If you'd rather mention it yourself, that's fine too — but nothing requires it.
I teach at a public college — anything special for me?
Short version: if you're a public employee, treat the cash share as off by default. Many public-college rules limit personal compensation tied to students' purchases, so the clean path is the simplest one — give your students the full 50% off and take no share, or have us route the value to a department fund or student scholarship. The student discount never depends on you taking a cent. If you do want the share paid to you personally, get your department's written sign-off first: tell us where you teach and we'll hand you a short, plain-language summary you can forward for approval. Either way, we disclose the referral in writing up front, so nothing about it is ever on you to explain. (Private-school owners and self-employed instructors: the full 20% share is simply yours — nothing special needed.)
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, by direct deposit. Your first payment arrives about two months in, which is just how the app stores settle up. Once it's sent, it's yours, with nothing to reconcile.
What if a student stops studying?
You're paid for the months a student actually studies. When they finish or move on, it ends on its own, with nothing owed in either direction. Anything already sent stays yours, always.
Can I step away whenever I like?
Yes. Your code retires, and any share already owed for students who studied still arrives on schedule. There's nothing to settle on the way out.
Do I have to commit to anything by claiming a code?
Not a thing. Claiming your code just gives you your own free access to try Pass Lane — that's it. Share it or don't, this semester or never, mention it once or leave it in a syllabus note. Try a semester and step away and there's nothing to cancel, nothing owed.

Built with teachers

The people who teach this for a living
help decide what gets built next.

You see where students get stuck and what they wish a study tool actually did. That's the kind of input that shapes what we build. If you ever want to weigh in, it's easy to. If you don't, the app still does its job for your students.

Recommend a feature from inside the app.

If something would help your students, there's a button to tell us — a sentence is plenty. It lands with the founder, not a ticket queue.

One question alongside your payout.

Each month, alongside your earnings, we ask one thing: anything you'd want added or changed? Answer it or skip it — no follow-up either way.

Your input moves the roadmap.

When instructors tell us the same thing, we build it — and we'll often circle back to let you know your suggestion shipped.

Nothing changes about how you teach.

Feedback is always invited, never expected. The app works for your students whether you ever say a word to us or not.

Your monthly check-in

"Here's your June share — it's on its way. Quick one while we're here: anything your students wish Pass Lane did that it doesn't yet?"

— a short note that rides along with every payment. Reply if you have a thought; ignore it if you don't.

Most of what we build next comes from instructors, by design.

The biggest difference in whether a student passes usually isn't the app — it's the instructor who tells them what actually works. Pass Lane is a way that recommendation pays you back.

I'm Gino Leal. I built Pass Lane here in Arizona because I watched too many capable people struggle through exam prep that talked at them instead of with them. Along the way something else became obvious: the person who makes the biggest difference in whether a student passes isn't a platform or an algorithm — it's the instructor, the one who says, “here's what actually works.” That recommendation is worth more than any ad we could run. So I built this the right way: your students get the best price we offer anyone, you get a fair, steady share for the trust you've already earned — or you can pass it to a student fund, or take nothing at all — and none of it costs you a thing. And I won't ask you to vouch for it blind: claim your code and you'll have the whole app free to judge for yourself, the same way your students will use it. If it isn't good enough for your name, don't share it. That's the only fair way to ask. If you've spent years helping people get across the line, this is a small way for that work to keep paying you back. I'd be genuinely glad to have you.
